These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TravelEarth.App website, applications, booking platform, and related travel services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, searching for travel products, or completing a booking through TravelEarth.App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About TravelEarth.App
TravelEarth.App is an online travel platform designed to help travelers discover, compare, plan, and book travel products and services.
Depending on availability and destination, TravelEarth.App may provide access to:
- Hotels
- Vacation rentals
- Flights
- Car rentals
- Transportation
- Airport transfers
- Cruises
- Tours
- Activities
- Vacation packages
- Travel experiences
- Other travel-related services
Many of the travel products displayed on TravelEarth.App are supplied by independent third-party travel providers (“Suppliers”).
TravelEarth.App may act as a booking platform, intermediary, marketplace, technology provider, or agent depending on the particular travel product and applicable arrangement.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using TravelEarth.App, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will use TravelEarth.App only for lawful purposes.
- You will comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- You will comply with the applicable terms of the Supplier providing your travel product.
If you make a reservation for another person, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
3. Travel Supplier Terms
When you book a travel product through TravelEarth.App, the booking may also be governed by the Supplier’s own terms and conditions.
For example:
- Airlines may have their own ticket and baggage rules.
- Hotels may have their own check-in and cancellation rules.
- Vacation rentals may have their own house rules.
- Cruise companies may have their own passenger contracts.
- Car rental companies may have their own age, insurance, and driver’s-license requirements.
- Tour operators may have their own cancellation and participation requirements.
The applicable Supplier terms will be presented during the booking process whenever available.
You should carefully review the Supplier’s terms before completing your booking.
4. TravelEarth.App as a Booking Platform
TravelEarth.App provides a technology platform that allows travelers to search for and, where available, book travel products offered by Suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, TravelEarth.App does not own, operate, manage, or control the hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, cruise ships, vehicles, tours, activities, or other travel services listed on our platform.
The actual travel service is generally provided by the applicable Supplier.
5. Prices and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and availability displayed on TravelEarth.App are accurate.
However, prices and availability can change at any time.
A displayed price does not guarantee availability until your booking has been successfully confirmed.
Prices may include or exclude:
- Taxes
- Resort fees
- Service fees
- Cleaning fees
- Baggage fees
- Local charges
- Government taxes
- Currency conversion charges
- Other Supplier charges
The final price applicable to your reservation will be displayed during the booking process.
6. Booking Process
When you complete a booking, you must provide accurate information, including where applicable:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Travel dates
- Number of travelers
- Passenger information
- Identification information
- Payment information
After a successful booking, TravelEarth.App may send you a booking confirmation by email or through your account.
You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation and notifying us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
7. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when TravelEarth.App or the applicable Supplier has issued a confirmation.
Receiving a payment authorization, payment attempt, or booking request does not necessarily mean that the reservation has been confirmed.
If a Supplier cannot confirm your requested travel product, we may notify you and, where applicable, refund amounts that you have paid.
8. Payment
Payment requirements will be displayed during the booking process.
Depending on the travel product, you may:
- Pay in full at the time of booking.
- Pay a deposit.
- Pay the Supplier directly.
- Pay at check-in or arrival.
- Pay according to an installment schedule.
You authorize TravelEarth.App and/or the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your booking.
If payment cannot be completed, TravelEarth.App or the Supplier may cancel or suspend the booking.
9. Currency and Exchange Rates
TravelEarth.App may display prices in different currencies.
Exchange rates may change between the time you search for a travel product and the time payment is processed.
Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee.
TravelEarth.App is not responsible for fees imposed by your financial institution unless required by applicable law.
10. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and modification rules vary by travel product. Before completing a booking, you will be shown the applicable cancellation and change conditions.
Booking Fee and Hosting Fee
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of booking:
- The TravelEarth.App booking fee is non-refundable.
- The 5% hosting/service fee is non-refundable.
- These fees will not be refunded if you cancel, modify, shorten, or fail to use your reservation.
- Any refund of the underlying travel product will be calculated according to the applicable Supplier’s cancellation policy.
- A refund of the accommodation, flight, activity, or other travel product does not automatically include the TravelEarth.App booking fee or 5% hosting/service fee.

11. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, TravelEarth.App or the applicable Supplier will process the refund according to the terms of your booking.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law:
- TravelEarth.App Booking Fee
- 5% Hosting/Service Fee
For example, if a customer pays:
- Travel product: $500
- TravelEarth.App booking fee: $25
- 5% hosting/service fee: $25
- Total paid: $550
If the travel product is eligible for a full refund under its applicable cancellation policy, the customer may receive $500, while the $25 booking fee and $25 hosting/service fee remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
12. Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining all documents required for your trip, including where applicable:
- Passport
- Visa
- Entry permits
- Transit documents
- Identification
- Vaccination documentation
- Driver’s license
- Travel insurance documentation
TravelEarth.App does not guarantee that you will be permitted to enter a particular country or destination.
You should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authority before traveling.
13. Travel Advisories
Travel conditions can change.
You are responsible for checking current:
- Government travel advisories
- Entry requirements
- Visa requirements
- Health requirements
- Weather conditions
- Local regulations
- Transportation restrictions
TravelEarth.App does not guarantee that travel to a particular destination will be safe, permitted, or available.
14. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
Depending on your circumstances, travel insurance may provide coverage for:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Lost baggage
- Travel delays
- Trip interruption
- Emergency evacuation
TravelEarth.App does not provide insurance unless specifically stated during your booking.
15. User Accounts
If you create a TravelEarth.App account, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential.
- Providing accurate account information.
- Updating your information when necessary.
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

- Commit fraud.
- Make unauthorized bookings.
- Use another person’s payment method without permission.
- Impersonate another person.
- Provide false information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Introduce viruses or malicious software.

- Resell TravelEarth.App services without permission.
- Circumvent booking or security systems.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We attempt to provide useful and accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that every description, photograph, rating, review, price, amenity, location, or other detail is always current or error-free.

18. Photos and Descriptions
Photographs displayed on TravelEarth.App are intended to provide travelers with a general representation of the travel product.
Actual rooms, accommodations, vehicles, facilities, views, and other features may differ from photographs due to renovations, seasonal changes, availability, or other circumstances.

You are responsible for content that you submit.

26. Limitation of Responsibility
TravelEarth.App is responsible for providing its own platform and services as required by applicable law.
However, to the extent permitted by law, TravelEarth.App is not responsible for circumstances controlled by independent Suppliers, including:
- Hotel conditions
- Airline delays
- Flight cancellations
- Cruise cancellations
- Vehicle availability
- Tour cancellations
- Supplier errors

- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Strikes
- Civil disturbances
- Travel restrictions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms, together with the applicable booking conditions, Supplier terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy, and other policies referenced on TravelEarth.App, constitute the agreement governing your use of our services.
